A graduate of Parsons School of Design, Javier
Santiago was an artist and graphic designer for several years before discovering woodworking and the Arts and Crafts movement.
Now a masterful woodworker, whose furniture has been featured in the Stickley Museum's Holiday Trunk Shows, Santiago
combines the traditions and ideals of the early 1900s with his knowledge of woodworking and creative designs.
In 2004 Javier decided to share his passion
of the Arts and Crafts Movement with the public by designing, building and gathering contemporary arts and crafts artisans
into one place, Nest & Company.
