JAVIER SANTIAGO

I’m Javier Santiago, a designer, craftsman, and Parsons School of Design graduate working where creativity, craftsmanship, and art history collide. With an intensive knowledge of historical styles, from classical proportion to modern and contemporary design, I create work with intention, depth, and cultural awareness, drawing from centuries of visual language while remaining distinctly current.

My foundation in painting taught me how light, color, and composition shape emotion and transform space. That sensibility carried into carpentry, where precision, patience, and respect for material became central to my process. Today, my practice merges art and craft, balancing imagination with structure and beauty with function, creating modern, soulful spaces rooted in history, never trapped by it.
